  • Secure payment processing through Stripe
  • Escrow services for buyer protection
  • Domain transfer authorization codes
  • Customer support for transactions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

While account creation is optional for purchases, you may create an account to access additional features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the binding price.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

4.3 Escrow Protection

Your payment is held in escrow until the domain transfer is confirmed complete. This protects both buyers and sellers.

5. Domain Transfers

5.1 Authorization Codes

Upon successful payment, you will receive the domain authorization code via email. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of the auth code
  • Initiating the transfer with your chosen registrar within 30 days
  • Following the transfer instructions provided

5.2 Transfer Timeline

Domain transfers typically take 5-7 days but may vary depending on the registrar. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party registrars.

5.3 Transfer Assistance

We provide support and guidance throughout the transfer process but cannot guarantee transfer completion due to factors outside our control.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The domain transfer fails due to our error
  • The domain information was materially misrepresented
  • You did not receive the authorization code

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The transfer was successfully completed
  • You changed your mind about the purchase
  • Transfer failed due to your registrar's policies
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase

7. Domain Listings

7.1 Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all domain information (traffic, revenue, metrics) is accurate. However, we do not guarantee the exact accuracy of all metrics.

7.2 Availability

Domains are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GrabURL.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information
  • Resell or redistribute domains without proper authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

GrabURL.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services (Stripe, domain registrars, etc.). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
