Due to the digital nature of domain names and the immediate transfer process, all sales are generally considered final once the domain transfer process has been initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Payment Processing

You may cancel your order at any time before payment is processed. Simply close the checkout window or contact our support team.

2.2 After Payment, Before Transfer

If payment has been processed but the domain transfer has not yet been initiated, you may request cancellation within 24 hours by contacting our support team at support@graburl.com

2.3 After Transfer Initiation

Once the domain transfer process has been initiated and the authorization code has been provided, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The domain was advertised incorrectly or misrepresented
  • The domain cannot be transferred due to technical issues on our end
  • Payment was processed twice due to a system error
  • The domain transfer fails due to seller's inability to provide valid authorization
  • Cancellation request made within 24 hours before transfer initiation

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer changes their mind after domain transfer is initiated
  • Domain transfer fails due to buyer's incorrect information
  • Buyer is unable to receive the domain due to registrar restrictions
  • Buyer disputes the domain quality after successful transfer
  • Market value of the domain changes after purchase

3.3 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Razorpay/UPI refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: 7-10 business days
  • International payments: 10-15 business days
4. Escrow Protection

For added security, all domain transactions over ₹41,500 ($500 USD) are processed through Escrow.com. Escrow protection offers additional safeguards:

  • Funds are held securely until domain transfer is confirmed
  • Buyer has an inspection period to verify domain receipt
  • Disputes are handled by Escrow.com's resolution team
  • Money-back guarantee if domain is not received as described
5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@graburl.com within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Include your order ID and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. You will receive an email notification about the decision
  6. If approved, refund will be processed as per the timeline above
6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Transaction fees are typically non-refundable
  • Escrow fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Currency conversion differences may apply
  • Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable
7. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a charge on your account is fraudulent or unauthorized:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@graburl.com
  2. Provide details about the unauthorized transaction
  3. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  4. If fraud is confirmed, we will process a full refund immediately

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks can delay the resolution process.

8. Domain Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all domains listed on our platform:

  • Are legitimately owned and transferable
  • Have accurate analytics and traffic data (if provided)
  • Are free from legal disputes or trademark issues
  • Match the description provided in the listing

If any of these guarantees are not met, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of domain transfer completion.
